How can I reach Otaku Frame support?

Do you deliver worldwide?

yes we do. Although we can ship worldwide, Germany, Switzerland and Austria are our local customers.





Where do you ship from?

Normally we ship our goods from Switzerland. Exceptions can be the case.





Can I change or cancel my order?

Since we are designed to deliver our products as quickly as possible, any changes or cancellations must take place within 5 hours of purchase. Any requests after this time window will be denied. However, you may return your order upon receipt for a refund.





What methods of payment are accepted in this webshop?

We accept all established credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX) and also PayPal payments.





When will my order be processed?

All orders are handled and processed from our warehouse. Please give us extra time to process your orders during vacations and promotional seasons. We process orders Monday through Friday. Orders are processed within 1-3 business days of the order date and again shipped the following day. Please note that we do not send packages on weekends.





How long does it take to receive my order?

Due to high demand, orders can take between 1-3 weeks to be received.





What happens if I do not receive my order?

If you do not receive your order within 35 days of it being shipped, you will qualify for a full refund.





Do I pay taxes or customs fees with you?

Any charges are on us. You do not have to worry about this.






How do I return a product?

What if the product I received is defective/incorrect/damaged?

Please contact us immediately if you have received goods that are defective, faulty or incomplete. Please also include your order number, pictures of the goods, and any other details of your order. We will always do our best to solve your case as soon as possible.





When will I receive my refund?

All refunds are refunded directly to your original source of payment. If you paid by credit card or debit card, the amount will be sent back to your bank within 7-10 business days since you received the returned merchandise. For more specific details, you can then check with your bank.
